Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am excited to introduce myself as the Teacher on Administrative Assignment at Aspen Elementary. My name is Crystal Sanborn, better known to students here as Mrs. Sanborn and I am looking forward to meeting and working with you and your children during this school year.
I have had the privilege of working in the field of education for over 18 years, with experience teaching in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and Utah. Throughout my career, I have taught grades 1, 2, 3, and 4, and have also worked as a math specialty teacher for students in grades K-5. These experiences have given me a rich background and a deep understanding of the various educational needs of elementary students.
In 2017, I earned my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, which has equipped me with the skills needed to contribute effectively to the administrative team here at Aspen Elementary. As I step into this new role, my goal is to support our teachers and staff in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for all students.
I am truly excited to be a part of Aspen's administration and to collaborate with you to ensure the success and well-being of our students. Open communication is vital, and I welcome any questions or concerns you may have throughout the year. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
