Lunch Worker Still Needed
We are still in need of one lunch worker in our kitchen. If you, or someone you know might be interested, please let me know or email our kitchen manager, Joan High at [email protected].

School Pictures
We are excited to have our school pictures coming up. Please see the attached flyer with instructions on how to order.

Student Checkout
If you are in need of checking your student out, we will wait until you are in the school before calling them down to the office. We understand that many of you are in a hurry to get your students, however, we have already had students sitting in the office for 10-30 minutes waiting for parents to pick them up and they could be back in the classrooms learning instead of waiting in the office. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.

School Counseling Parent Newsletter
Each month, our school counselor, Tyrene Hartsell, will be putting together a newsletter with information we are focusing on at Alpine Elementary for that month. Please see the attached newsletter if you are interested.

September 7 –  Walk to School Wednesday – Sponsored by Alpine Pediatrics – Our first Walk to School Wednesday will be September 7.  Every kid who walks to school can find a PTA volunteer who will have a keychain with beads for them every Walk to School Wednesday that they walk to school.  If you live out walking range, you can park at Creekside Park and your child can walk from there.  Thank you so much to Alpine Pediatrics for sponsoring this program this year!

We also still need parent volunteers to help with this.  You would be at the school from 8:40 AM-9:15 AM helping pass out beads and key chains to the students.  If you can help with this sign up here: go/10C0E4AAAAB28A7F9C34-walk
