Lunch Worker Still Needed
We are still in need of one lunch worker in our kitchen. If you, or someone you know might be interested, please let me know or email our kitchen manager, Joan High at [email protected].

School Pictures
We are excited to have our school pictures coming up. Please see the attached flyer with instructions on how to order.

Student Checkout
If you are in need of checking your student out, we will wait until you are in the school before calling them down to the office. We understand that many of you are in a hurry to get your students, however, we have already had students sitting in the office for 10-30 minutes waiting for parents to pick them up and they could be back in the classrooms learning instead of waiting in the office. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.

School Counseling Parent Newsletter
Each month, our school counselor, Tyrene Hartsell, will be putting together a newsletter with information we are focusing on at Alpine Elementary for that month. Please see the attached newsletter if you are interested.

Friday, September 9th is “Jr. Knights Night” at the Lone Peak home football game.  Any student who wears a Lone Peak jersey to the game gets in free!  And, the Senior players will be signing cards for the youth after the game. See you there!

From the Library
It’s time to register for this year’s Battle of the Books Competition!
You can register your 3rd-6th grade student(s) here:

Once students are registered, all they need to do is start reading the books on their grade level book list available here or in the library. If they read three books on their list before December, they’ll be assigned a team and invited to a pizza party in the library.

Registration ends Friday, September 23rd.
