School Information
Rising Eagle Student Group for 2025-2026 (for upcoming 5th and 6th graders)
To be more in alignment with our purpose, we are changing our name next year from Rising Eagles to “Kindness Crew.” Also, this year we will use applications to select our students for the Kindness Crew instead of nominations as in previous years. The applications will be available to our current 4th and 5th grade students. This is to ensure that all students who have a desire to participate in our kindness efforts have an opportunity to apply and be considered. Please note, students cannot be on both Kindness Crew and Student Council.
Meetings next year will be held in the morning from 8:45-9:15 before school. The actual day of the week will be determined by the start of the school year. More information about Kindness Crew next year is on the application info sheet. Applications for Kindness Crew are available in the office starting Monday, May 5. They will be due the following Monday, May 12. Please reach out to Mrs. Fisher or Mrs. Hartsell with any questions.
Alpine Talent Show Information
We had so many people share their talents for our Alpine Elementary Live Talent Show! Thank you for taking the time to share those talents with us. We wish that we could take everyone and make them part of the live talent show. We passed out little yellow papers on Friday, May 2nd to those students who made it into the live talent show. If your child didn’t get selected for the talent show, please still send us a video that is up to 3 minutes long of their talent and we will put it in our digital talent show. Even if you didn’t try out for the talent show earlier, you are welcome to send Mr. Horan ([email protected]) or Mrs. Orgill ([email protected]
Educational Concerns Form
This form is to give you the opportunity to provide input for student placement and educational concerns for the upcoming school year. This form is available to you to indicate anything you would like to provide as we put classes together for the upcoming school year. As the form states, we will consider your input as one of the variables to help balance classes for the next school year.
I have attached this form to this email for your convenience. If you have input for us to consider, please fill the form out and return it to the main office by Monday, May 5th. We also have additional forms available in the office if you need one.
Mark your calendar for our retirement party!
We want to make you aware that we have three of our employees retiring at the end of this year. Martha Hadlock, Mike Carter, and Paula Ruesch will all be leaving us at the end of the year! We are sad to see them go but we want to celebrate them on May 15th. More info and times will be coming soon so mark your calendars so you won’t forget!

You are invited to come and see the 5th Grade’s Volume Zoo Display on Friday, May 16 from 1:15-3:00. The animals will be on display in the gym during this time. Feel free to come in and see their hard work and creativity.
